SR Mini HG SYSTEM |

FAREX SR Mini HG multi-point control
system, while maintaining the compactness
of the ordinary SR Mini system, is an
innovative hybrid type control system
which enables the sequencers of other
manufacturers to be connected in combination
with the operation panel (OPC). It also
allows printers to be connected without
any program, and to perform process
control such as high-precision type
temperature control, pressure control,
flow control, etc. as well as event
control.

The SRZ (Z-TIO) is 4 channels digital
temperature controller packed one compact
module.
Z-TIO (4 channels type) module can have
4 CT (current transformer) inputs. 3-phase
heater
can be monitored by allocating two CTs
to one control channel.
Modules can be remotely distributed
by connecting them via RS-485 communication.
Up to 16 Z-TIO (128 DIs) and 16 Z-DIO
(128 DOs) modules can be connected to
one serial communication line by distributed
installation.
The maximum number of modules connected
by distributed installation is 31 modules.

| SRX
|
|
| The SRX is a module type digital controller
with a super high sampling of control
updating cycle time of 25ms (0.025 sec).
Dual loop control can be performed with
a single compact module. A maximum of
31 modules can be connected for 2-loop
control. Communication and power supply
for extension modules are snapped together
via mating connectors. Distributed installation
via RS-485 is possible to allow formation
of a multi-zone distributed control
system in a compact size.

| SRV |
|
| The SRV is a DIN mounted module type
temperature controller. Dual loop control
can be performed with a single compact
module. A maximum of 31 modules can
be connected for 62-loop control. Power
supply and communication lines are via
a connector on the side, no wiring required.
Distributed installation via RS-485
is possible, enabling multi-zone distributed
control system in a compact size. |

| OPL-B is the display and interface
unit for REX-B850.The OPL-B allows for
total control of the REX-B850. The setting
and confirmation of the temperature
monitoring, set values, alarm set values
and PID constants, etc. for the maximum
of 128 channels can be done by the OPL.
